New staff is in serious need of some basic customer service training. I get it... you hate your job. But no greeting, and that hurry up and tell me what you want attitude is stupid. You do want people to come back here right? I used to love this place. This new crew is losing me, a regular, to Chipotle. And not for the food, just so i don't have to interact with these depressing people again. It's happened several times in a row now. I would be glad to let one or two bad experiences slide. But that's not the case. I won't be back, and if this is how they do business in general, I'm sure they'll be closed before the new year. Peace!

Well I ordered on Uber eats my food showed up looking horrible!! I wish I had taken a pic anyway I rode 20 min to the location to just get new food. The clerk was so rude and dismissive. I did not tell I was not upset. She didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience I even said thank you at the end of the transaction and she just walked off. I will never come to this location again. There is nothing worse than bad customer service from a person with a bad attitude. People like her make companies look bad. Any way.

Great food never disappoints. However, it would be nice if they stayed open a little later when there are events going on around them. Ridglea Theater is often rented out to events on Tuesdays, but they are always closed after the event. If they were open later, I would go there every week!

Absolutely terrible service. The entire crew tonight had no interest in helping customers or their own business. Customer before me had a larger order and they treated him like garbage the whole time, anything he asked extra they rolled their eyes and responded with awful tones. After waiting 10 minutes I went to order and the guy tells me there’s no steak, so I asked “you guys aren’t making more?” He responded “nope I don’t know why the guy in the back isn’t making anymore tonight.” There was still over an hour left in operating business hours! You lost a regular customer tonight.

First time Qdoba diner! It hasn't been open long (maybe a week). I ordered a bowl with steak, white rice, both beans, pico, and peppers. Yum! $9.09 which is probably comparable to Chipotle although I always pick chicken. Had I not been so hungry, I could have easily had some to take home. It was clean and new and nice. I'll be back for more menu items 🤗

In Arizona, the Qdoba restaurants are great! Here in Texas, not so much (at least not this one). Hard to find, hard to park at, and the inside has dated decor and it just seems sleazy. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

I LOVE Qdoba. It's one of my favorite fast casual restaurants and I love the customizability. I worked there several years while pursuing my education. This location is less reliable than others. Most of the time, food is fresh and hot. Sometimes it's clear that it's been sitting on the line longer than it should. It doesn't taste like they always follow recipes/ratios exactly. Overall, the food is still good and my loyalty to the brand keeps me coming back. Because you can create your own entrees, it's easy to eat healthy, too!

Ordered with post mates a few times an each time recieved the wrong order! Sn i tried to call them an will not ever pick up phone!

Do not eat at this one, we are not from around here we’re from north Fort Worth and this is the absolute worst my chicken tasted almost completely uncooked mostly fat and gristle ewww the pork was rubber rt along with the chicken the rice was mushy it was just pure nasty 🤢 just don’t I will never eat here again I’m sure there are some health code violations in my bowl as I look at it pls save your time and money. If I could give a zero I would just nasty for no dang reason. Threw a good 12.00 away and yes I’m super 😠 mad I ordered on like today 4 different bowls how do u mess up on allllll 4 check number 270020 3:1/2020

If you like spicy mexican food than this is the place. I had chicken nachos with spicy queso. It good food quick service and fair price.

Good price for the nachos but the packing is awful and falls apart and the nachos were the most disgusting meal of my life. I felt gross eating them and they almost put me to sleep showing just how bad they were on my body as a whole. Never eating here again.

Our first time eating here and the food was amazing and the price is budget friendly. I'm knocking of 2 stars due to the fact that the tables and seats badly needed a wipe down. The food prep area looked clean so we weren't to concerned. I will eat here again one day and I hope the tables are clean.

First time ordering online must say not happy. Order was set to be ready at 7:05 and has not even been made 😩 why order online for pick up and pick a time if it’s not going to be ready. I actually like the food here but this online order system needs to be better. The food is great here and price is reasonable.

They have a new spicy queso now that doesn't have the same flavors as the original. Still good and still very mild. I will still prefer to stick to original.
